Who_we_are


We are classic film and television fans just like you! Our goal is to deliver quality, family friendly DVDs to your door.

We created this store for the classic movie fan in order to make this a one stop shopping place where you can find your favorites on DVD.
If there’s something that you are looking for but don’t see on these pages, please contact us and we’ll include it in our store if it’s in print.

Payments


In addition to the online payment methods we accept, we also accept personal and business checks. Please be aware that there is a clearing period of 5 business days before your order will be shipped.
There is a $50.00 fee for any personal/business checks that are returned as NSF.
We DO NOT accept Money Orders.



Shipping

 
Most in stock orders ship within 3 business days of receipt of cleared payment.

Occasionally a title may go out of stock, into backorder status or even out of print. If this occurs you will be notified and offered the option of waiting until the title is back in stock or a complete refund for the title.

Items are shipped directly to you by our distributors using various shipping methods. Orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS First Class or USPS Media Mail.  On orders consisting of multiple DVDs, one or more of your items may arrive separately from the other items in your order.

Most orders are received within 10 business days but please allow 7-14 business (Mon-Fri) days for your order to arrive. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends,holidays or any other non-mail delivery days.

Depending upon the carrier, expect maximum delivery times stated. We are not responsible for carrier transit times.

We offer free shipping as the default shipping option on all of our products unless otherwise stated.

 

 Returns


We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and our service.

Please contact us with any concerns or questions that you may have.

You may return items to us, at your expense, for a refund within 14 days if they are still sealed / unopened and in the original packaging.

Opened items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged and must be returned in the same packaging with the original invoice/packing slip. If the item is defective it will be exchanged for the same title.

 We do not charge restocking fees on returned items however all Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable.
